We appreciate your visit! We trust you will find resources and services that will assist in your creative pursuits. Perhaps you are not familiar with us. Design Inspiration is an Industrial Design business with a unique twist. We've formed a design collaborative with the core unit being our family. We are pooling our creative talents along with a few others to offer innovative products, services and learning opportunities. Dad is our anchor man. His 20+ years of Industrial Design experience forms the core of our business. He's designed everything from medical to musical; from furniture to food; and from horse-drawn to high-speed. Friends and colleagues have dubbed him the "Renaissance Man" having observed his varied skills and interests. Dad's clients have been as diverse as the continents they inhabit. We've been delighted to host guests from Ohio's Amish country to far away places like Israel and Japan. We're sure dad would welcome the opportunity to create something just right for you!
If dad is everything modern and technical, you'll find mom delightfully opposite. She is our taste of times-past. Mom loves the well-worn and the natural. She's a no preservatives and no additives kind of gal. Inspired by her we're learning a lot about self-sufficient living and how to weave these practices into our design approach. So, if you're seeking to learn about gardening, canning, raising animals or just making home a pleasant place to be, peruse our pages to experience a touch of mom.
As for us siblings, all eight of us, well let's just say we are a harmonious blend of both mom and dad. Our creative talents include web design, photography, cake decorating, sewing, fine crafts, and dulcimer making and playing. With all this talent under one roof we're confident we can meet your design and learning needs.

Sweet tunes are all around us these days! We've begun in earnest to produce our HX Molded-Back Mountain Dulcimers. They're a beauty to behold and awesome to play. We'd like to think they are the dulcimer for the new millennium. Come on take a peek.....
